Virginia Balch (Moore) has been an active member of the Austin community since 2015. She has volunteered with organizations like Dress for Success, Girls Empowerment Network, and was President of the Young Women's Alliance from 2019-2020. Professionally, she has built a career in global marketing over the last 15 years working for companies like Marriott, Dell, IBM, and Indeed. Most recently she also launched her own luxury travel business in 2020 where she plans vacations for clients all over the world.
