In her professional life, she leads a dynamic career focused on operations and project management, currently contributing to the realm of home care for the elderly.
Fueled by an adventurous spirit, Rachel is a seasoned traveler. With over a decade of experience as a nutritionist, she not only explores different cultures through travel but also through the lens of food and movement. Closer to home, you'll find her indulging in her love for swing dancing, crafting ceramics, hiking, swinging kettlebells, and delving into a great audio book.
