Members, join us for an afternoon focused on nourishing your mental health.
With the difficulty of this past year in mind, particularly in light of the pandemic and the winter storm, we have curated a comfortable space for decompression and deep reflection.
We will gather with a panel of health + wellness experts to listen and share in the comfort of conversation, learn more about our relationship with stress and gather strategies + tips to support our movements forward.
Bring your yoga mat for a mindful meditation to follow. After our discussion, we will gather to enjoy a beautifully rejuvenating sound bath and shop the pop-ups from some of our local favorites to seal in the restorative time spent.
During COVID times, we have adjusted to maintain the safest environment possible. We are counting on you to abide by mask guidelines and social distancing requirements. Please take a moment to read our questions and event safety procedures below before signing up.
what should I bring?
A yoga mat or blanket! For COVID safety, we are asking all members to bring their own mat or blanket to sit on during the panel and sound bath.
is the event outside?
Yes! The event will be outside. Dress accordingly.
how many members can attend?
We are limiting the attendance at the event to allow for appropriate social distancing. This will allow us to have a safe and controlled environment throughout the experience.
