Members, we invite you to join us for an empowering family-friendly morning benefiting Creative Action!

We will gather to discuss the challenges and strength it takes to raise, encourage and inspire the generations to come. Reserve your spot HERE (passcode in your calendar invitation)!

What to Expect:

This 2-hour event is for members and kiddos! The experience will include:

• An inspirational conversation and Q+A with Bright Littles Founder and GTW Member, Tara Miko Ballentine. Members will learn more about how to have real age-appropriate conversations about the topics of health, safety, self, nature, and diversity with the future bright leaders in their lives to help prepare them well for the world around them.
• An empowering personalized photoshoot with photographer and GTW Member, Sandra Dahdah. Member will get a 3-5 minute outdoor photoshoot with their little, family, (or pups!).

Event Details:

• This event will be held outside on the Maaribu S. 1st St. lawn. Blankets will be available for casual seating.
• A portion of proceeds will be donated to Creative Action, an organization using the arts as a medium to inspire creativity, unlock potential, and transform the lives of students of all ages!
• Babies, kiddos, families and pups are welcomed and encouraged!
• All members will receive one free photo with additional images available for purchase after the event.
• Shopping opportunities with Bright Littles and Maaribu (GTW member discount applies!).
• Ample time to connect and mingle with other members throughout the experience.
• Light bites and sips will be provided for you and your littles. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase at the Maaribu scratch-made bakery.
• We encourage you to dress in what you feel best in for your photoshoot!
• Parking is very limited - rideshare or carpooling is heavily encouraged. Non-permitted neighborhood parking is available on Gibson St., Elizabeth St. and Milton St. if necessary.
• Estimated amount of attendees: 25-30

Event Timeline

10AM - 1030AM: Arrive, mingle, snack on bites and sips, shop Bright Littles + Maaribu! This is a perfect time to get your photo taken early! A sign in sheet will be available when you arrive.

1030AM - 11AM: Inspirational talk and Q+A with GTW Member and Founder of Bright Littles, Tara Miko Ballentine.

11AM - 12PM: Photoshoot window with GTW Member and professional photographer, Sandra Dahdah. Don't forget to sign up for your time when you arrive! Members are invited to mingle, shop + connect before and after your shoot.
